"Il règne un parfum de violence, d'anarchie dans votre musique, dans vos
visuels, dans l'énergie que vous déployez en live, un aspect barbare
que, par ailleurs, vous revendiquez. Le chaos est il une fin ou un
moyen ?

Jb : Le chaos est une fin en soit lorsqu'il ne se parle qu'à
lui-même. Notre musique prend souvent un aspect violent, mais c'est
toujours pour y dissimuler des jeux de mélodies et une certaine
sensibilité que nous assumons complètement. A l'inverse, nous composons
également beaucoup de morceaux calmes et posés, au sein desquels il y
aura toujours quelque chose d'instable, de fracturé, d'ambigu. C'est
toute cette ambivalence qui nous intéresse. Ca doit quelque part aussi
représenter le rapport entre deux frères, qui se complètent de cette
manière. C'est quelque chose que tu peux aussi retrouver dans nos
titres, comme « Shimmy Shimmy Blade », ou « Radio Ape » (le primate et
l'instrument de communication technologique). Par contre, en ce qui
concerne les concerts, la violence prend effectivement le dessus. Parce
qu'il y a une donne tout autre : le rapport aux autres, la rencontre du
public. Il faut se faire entendre avant de se faire comprendre, nous on
tient ça du rock. Quitte à ne jamais se faire comprendre d'ailleurs. "
