DJ Donna Summer - the moniker that wouldn't die- is BACK!

Yes, after retiring the moniker "Donna Summer" name, musician and DJ Jason Forrest brings it back- with a vengeance! After a series of multi-encored DJ gigs and blasting Breakcore sets at various festivals around Europe, DJ Donna Summer is reborn, and ready to rock your socks off! More than simply just adding the "DJ" before "Donna Summer", Forrest prepares a new record ("Panther Tracks", available in October on Cock Rock Disco USA/Europe and in November on Maddest Chick'n dom Records, Japan) of dance tracks to ignite parties everywhere! Ok, dance tracks sounds vague, but maybe that's ok as DJ D.S. blends so many style of various dance music together to some sort of new open minded hybrid that just begs for asses to shake and hands to be thrown in the air. Dirty dubstep basslines mix with Baltimore club and booty-style handclaps mix over hardcore drum and bass breaks all while being held down by Hardstyle kicks with an inexplicable old-school rave feeling sprinkled on top! Maybe it's dancy breakcore and maybe it's just rave music, regardless it's it's just 300% party!

Not content with just producing, DJ D.S. is also cooking up a whole catalog of dj mixes, beginning with his massively downloaded "BootyBreakTranceClub-Core" mix in march 2007, he follows it up with "Baltimore, NL" a Jumpstyle/B-more club mix featuring the unlikely coupling of ghetto and eurotrash, and hot on it's heels "Blogp3" a new mix of hipster-jamz eaten up from blogs and spit out to blogs to kick yo mommas butt.
