Raoul is a french artist. He used to be called Ra, but people were thinking it s all about Egyptian God...No, no, no...It s Raoul.. Having established himself as a respected illustrator and animator, Ra now transfers his talents to the musical sphere, combining a love of pop structures with the kind of playful mentalist arrangements the Planet Mu label is so enamoured with. Lots of indified basslines, hyperactive drum edits and lovely nostalgic melodic interludes - very cool indeed.
